Corporate Summer Internship Program

O'Reilly Auto Part's corporate internship program has one goal: to invest in and develop you as a professional. Are you ready for 10 weeks of full-time, professional experience in a Fortune 300 company, development as a future leader, and a great time while doing it? Keep reading!

As an intern in our corporate office, you'll receive the same respect as a full-time team member while being given the individualized mentorship necessary to build toward your personal career goals. You'll also be part of a cohort of interdepartmental interns that learn from and support one another. Alongside your cohort, you'll complete an impactful professional development curriculum that will ensure your career is ready to "floor it" off the start line.

Internship Requirements

O'Reilly corporate summer internships will be hosted atthe O'Reilly Auto Parts corporate office. Interns will develop teamwork skills through collaboration with your direct manager, training coordinator, and other students in the program.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed or be currently pursuinga2 or 4 year degree from an accredited institution
  • Must be a Junior or Senior in college, or a graduate

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Information Technology Internship Programs

The IT Internships kickoff with a paid 12 week boot camp where we pay you to learn our tech stack. The Fall 2024 Session begins in August and will be Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. After completing the program, interns are given the opportunity to continue in apart-time role, and a full-time role once they graduate.

Infrastructure Internship

The Infrastructure Internship will be hosted onthe O'Reilly Auto Parts campus. Interns will develop teamwork skills through collaboration with your direct manager, IT training coordinator, and other students in the program.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed or be currently pursuinga2 or 4 year degree from an accredited institution
  • Must be a Junior or Senior in college, or a graduate

  • Completed Linux Operation System course desired

  • Completed Networking course desired

  • Transcript desired but not required
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Software Developer Internship

The Software Developer Internship will be hosted on Missouri State University's campus in Cheek Hall. Interns will have weekly opportunities to meet leadership ofdifferent IT departments within O'Reilly to learn more about their department. Interns will be able to choose the top 3 teams they would be interested in transitioning into upon completion of the program.

  • Must have completed or be currently pursuing a 4 year degree from an accredited insititution

  • Must be a Junior or Senior in college, or a graduate

  • Completed Web course desired
  • Completed Database course desired
  • Passing grade on entrance exam desired

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
