location is good but complementary item in the room for Customer is not provided and lockers also for the customers are chargeable that is not good practice.
No hot water in sink or shower the night I checked in. Both drains VERY slow, especially sink. Almost overflowed. No answer at front desk when I tried to call .

At check-in the front desk staff were very courteous and helpful; also on the phone making my reservation. My dissatisfied rating is not based on that at all, but on the lack of hot water, very slow drains to the point of almost overflowing when I ran the water to try to get hot water, and no answer when calling front desk to ask about the hot water. For the price of the room I felt this was unacceptable.

Room was not cleaned sufficiently (plastic bag under the bed) and missing towels. At the reception and restaurant they did not speak English at first, although it’s an airport hotel. We had to ask the receptionist for somebody who could speak English (they did not offer this immediately but rather just waited for us to speak French). They charged us for breakfast even if we didn’t ask for it. I had to request for it to be cancelled after noticing on the invoice. Lastly no non-dairy milk was offered at the restaurant, which is disappointing when it is so common these days.
Well located when flying out of CdG

Slowish line to check in but all else good, especially the proximity to the shuttle train and 3 minutes ride to airport terminal. Thank you for your helpful directions and pleasant stay at a good rate.
Easy to find (but beware - 2 Ibis hotels close to each other at the airport)

Easy, convenient hotel. Large lobby, small but adequate room and very comfy bed. No tea/coffee in the room. No fridge in the room. No airport noise (amazing given how close it is). Easy train access to the city (sometimes involves a bus when trackworks are taking place).
